We will happily accept returns of any unwanted goods within 14 days providing they are returned in immaculate condition and in the original packaging. Unfortunately after this time we cannot accept the return of any unwanted items. Regrettably we are unable to pay the return postage costs on unwanted items however we are happy to assist you in getting courier quotes should you need us to. To start a return, please contact us via email at info@threelittlepigs.wales before returning your item to us.

Faulty Items

We carefully inspect all items before they are shipped however if your goods are faulty on arrival please ensure that this is reported to us as soon as possible and within 48 hours of delivery. Please notify us of any damaged or missing items by emailing us at info@threelittlepigs.wales and quoting your order number. Faulty items will be collected by our courier and replaced or refunded subject to stock. Items that are faulty on delivery must be returned in the original packaging with all hardware included.

Please note each piece of furniture is individually hand crafted and therefore minor variations in sizes, finish, colour, knots, grain & pattern are to be expected. These are an integral part of the natural occurrences of the timber & should not be constituted as defects.
